Will-calls can be made with prior notice Monday-Friday. Please call ahead to set a time and date. Call us at 843-293-1820 and please no calls after 8:00 PM EST. Payments accepted: Money Orders, checks, or major credit card , including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover.
All items being returned must still be in NEW and UNUSED condition. You must receive prior approval from Shed Windows and More to return an item. Items to be returned MUST have been purchased within 30 days of the return authorization. NO RETURNS accepted after 30 days. If you are returning windows, please pack carefully, any damage is the responsibility of the sender. NO RETURNS accepted on special ordered windows, cupolas, or any items that are special ordered. Return shipping is paid for by the customer, unless other-wised authorized in advance by Shed Windows and More. Refunds are made by the same method of payment used by the customer to purchase, refunds are for the items only and do not include shipping.
When you ship glass of any kind damages can happen, and we realize that, we do our best to prevent any damage, but once your package leaves our hands it is out of our control. Please inspect your package and its contents on arrival. Any damage MUST BE REPORTED within 5 days of its receipt. If your windows arrived damaged, accept the delivery, please do not refuse, email us a picture of the broken window and we will send out a replacement on the next business day.
