Thomas was super helpful in insuring that I purchased the right window for my product. He even explored other options with me and confirmed they had it in the warehouse!

I was a bit confused by measuring dimensions so I called and talked to support. Very helpful in helping me understand and was patient while I measured. Ended up giving me ideas on how to fix my situation which ended up with them not making a sale but he said it was more important to take care of the customers needs first and know it will come around somehow later on. Good job guys!!

I purchased a window and loved the quality. The customer service was so personal and helpful. I am really grateful for that! As someone who is new to installing windows on a shed, their support meant the world to me.

I was browsing the website for some items and Thomas reached out to me to see if I needed any help. Some of the stock items they had were exactly what I needed, but I also needed a few custom size doors. Thomas was quick to respond and wonderful to work with. He helped me with everything I needed including some custom-size doors and some windows and shutters. Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process quick and easy as well. I will definitely consider using this company again for all of my shed, playhouse or small building material needs.

Recently purchased 8 garage windows from Shed Windows and More with the thought that my wife and I could install them with no problems. Well, the windows arrived within a couple of days. They were well packed, had no damage, and even had instructions. What could go wrong, right? Well, we got what few simple tools were needed and started the job. We measure the opening, marked it off with tape, made sure everything was square and level and cut the holes. Guess what. We did everything right except check the thickness of our door against what thickness the windows would fit. OMG, now what. I was sure that I was going to not only be out the cost of the windows I had just bought but also going to be out the cost of a new door and perhaps even a good divorce lawyer. Well, THANK GOD two of my three concerns never materialized. My wife forgave me and Thomas from Shed Windows and More excepted my windows back with a full refund. He even paid for return shipping. He did all of this after I wrote a pretty mean email blaming them for my mistake.  I've since apologized. Anyhow, Shed Windows and More showed me that there are still people and companies out there that care and that's something I thought was long gone. God Bless Thomas and everyone at Shed Windows and More. So, what are you waiting for? Why buy anywhere else? I promise you that you won't find any better people than what you'll find there.

Absolute top-notch company! I'm building a garden shed and wanted to make it a little nicer than the run-of-the-mill big-box store type shed. I had a hard time finding shed windows locally but these guys have everything you need to accessorize a shed! The prices are reasonable too. Yes, shipping costs were a little higher than I expected but they are super fast and carefully packaged. One of my items was out of stock and they were nice enough to give me a call and arrange a substitution. Will definitely do business again!

Love my windows! Bought them to build a playhouse for my daughter. I specifically wanted windows that were sturdy enough and small enough that she couldn't climb out of them. They were easy to install (even though it was my first time installing windows) and every one of them opens perfectly and stays open. Theresa was really helpful, answered all my questions, got my order right, and the windows were delivered right on time. They could use sturdier screening, but are such a good value for the pricing! Highly recommend!!

If you were looking for transom windows don't look any further go straight to them you won't find it excellent customer service and great prices.

Fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the purchase of 3 transom windows that I could not find anywhere. I ordered them and 4 days later they are being installed in the house. Wonderful quality, awesome service. They were packaged very well and arrived safe and sound. thanks much, customer for life!
